These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the online credit application at apply.rocketcarloans.com (the "Site"), operated by Motor World Inc. ("Motor World," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Site and submit an application. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site lets you submit a credit application so that Motor World can seek vehicle financing options on your behalf. Submitting an application does not create a financing agreement, does not guarantee approval, and does not obligate you to purchase a vehicle or obligate any lender to extend credit.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete, and update it if it changes.
- Submit information only for yourself, or for a co-applicant who has given you permission to provide their information.
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its data.
Providing false, misleading, or unauthorized information may result in your application being denied and may violate the law.
4. Authorization
By submitting an application, you authorize Motor World and its lending partners to obtain and use your credit report and related information to evaluate your request, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you consent to be contacted about your application by phone, text, and email.
5. No Guarantee of Financing
All financing is subject to credit approval by third-party lenders and to the terms those lenders offer. Motor World does not control lender decisions and does not guarantee that financing will be approved or offered on any particular terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including the Motor World name, logo, text, and design, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission, except to complete your own application.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motor World Inc. and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Effective" date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
